Our real estate and construction company "Josefina Covents y asoc. " / Dominican-real-estate , has been established on the northcoast of the Dominican Republic in 1994 . With over 12 years experience in the area of Sosua and Cabarete , we can help you with the search of the property of your dreams!

We started of as a small real estate company offering existing properties to International buyers. After a few years we saw the need of more villas and condos comming up and we started with a second department : Constructions!

Due to the expansion o our company , more clients needed the service of property managing and rental for their purchased property , so again we had to expand with another department : Property managing and rentals ! Right now we offer : existing real estate , pre-sales , constructions , new developments , property managing and rentals. Our office is located in the Coastal Gas Station of Cabarete , easy to find between Sea Horse Ranch and the Dollar Store. The office hours are from monday till friday , 9.00am till 5.30pm . And weekends after apointment.
